Getting help and seeing what's new

Stuck, curious, or think something isn't working? Here's how to get help.

1. Ask the Desire AI Support Agent

The Desire AI Support Agent sits at the top of your assistant list. It knows how Desire AI works and can answer most "how do I…?" questions straight away, for example "How do I import my Shopify products?" or "Which assistant should I use for an Etsy listing?"

2. Search this help center

Search the help center for step-by-step guides with screenshots.

3. Message our team

Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of Desire AI to message the Desire AI team. You're already signed in, so we'll know who you are. You can also email support@getdesireai.com.

To help us fix things fast, tell us:

• which assistant or page you were on,

• what you expected to happen and what happened instead,

• a screenshot, if you can.

See what's new

We improve Desire AI often. Open the account menu and choose What's new to read the latest updates. A dot appears when there's something you haven't seen yet.
