Your Library: collections, pieces, materials, testimonials and Story Bank

Your Library holds the facts about your business that assistants use to write accurately: which pieces are in which collection, what they're made of, what customers say, and the stories behind your brand. To open it, go to the account menu, choose My Profile & Brands, then the Library tab.

Collections & Pieces

• Your collections are listed on the left. Click one to see its pieces and details such as launch date and status.
• Click New collection to add one, then add pieces with their name, SKU, price, description and materials.
• Drag a piece onto a collection to move it. Pieces that aren't in a collection yet show under Unassigned.
• Protect this listing stops a finished piece's description being overwritten; edits are saved as a new draft copy instead.
• Archive pieces you no longer sell rather than deleting them, so their history stays.

Materials

Record the stones, metals and components you work with: recycled sterling silver, 14k gold-fill, moonstone, labradorite. Add their attributes, symbolism and how you use them. Assistants weave this into product descriptions ("moonstone, the stone of new beginnings").

Testimonials

Save what customers say about you: the quote, their name, where it came from, a rating and an optional video link. Mark your favorites as Featured. Assistants use them as social proof in emails and on product pages.

Story Bank

Collect your brand stories, winning emails, customer moments and writing samples, organized by category. The more real stories you save, the more your copy sounds like you, not like AI.
