The app looks blank, stuck or out of date

We update Desire AI often. Most loading problems are fixed by getting your browser to load the newest version.

Try these in order

1. Hard refresh the page. Mac: Cmd + Shift + R. Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R. On a phone, close the tab and open Desire AI again.

2. Close other Desire AI tabs. A tab left open for days can be running an old version. Desire AI usually reloads it for you automatically, but closing it is quickest.

3. Sign out and back in. Use Logout in the account menu.

4. Try another browser or a private window. If it works there, a browser extension (an ad blocker or privacy tool) may be interfering. Try turning it off for Desire AI.

5. Update your browser. Desire AI works best in the latest Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.

Something's missing

• Chats, documents or plans missing? Check Active Brand at the top. Each brand has its own content.

• An old chat isn't in Chat History? Chat History shows chats for the assistant you've selected. Choose the assistant you used, or search with ⌘K / Ctrl+K.

• Signed out unexpectedly? Sign in again and tick Stay signed in for 7 days.
